Many of our user had faced the problem of "This Copy of Windows is not Genuine". 
But whats is the solution.
One solution is to reinstall the windows 7 again and avoid the KB971033.
or try this
1. Uninstall any Loader if you are using any
2. Download the KMS Activator

3. Run it. It will ask Do you want to run it as Administrator.
Select Yes.
4. Install the KMS Service by clicking the Orange Links which say "Install / Uninstall KMS Service"
5. Then choose the Rearm Option in color green. It will ask you to restart the Windows.
6. Restart your Windows. It will reset your Windows Back to Trial mode.
Use the Loader and get your windows back as Activated and Genuine
