Seven Transformation Pack gives to your system the fresh and cool look of Microsoft's new operating system: Windows 7. The pack changes most of the system icons, skins and toolbars and also adds new enhancements to your desktop.
As with all installs of Transformation packs Windows Core files are edited, so please follow these simple guidelines to get the best possible experience from the program. These are only guidelines, however they are important ones.
Before install Turn on System restore and create a restore point.
Download the pack only from an official source.
Check the download with a hash checker, one can be found here: Hash checker. The hash you should get with the checker is (for the exe file not the zip): 41D12DA8F524FCBBEC06DAE643BD83E9
Only install on a computer with permission from the owner, if it isn't your machine ask.
INSTALL IN SAFE MODE. As the installer modifies system files, Safe mode is the safest way to guarantee a clean install.
When more problems get reported there will be a help and support thread put together with solutions to known problems, you will also be able to request help if your problem hasn't be covered, or the solution didn't resolve the issue.
The transformation pack modifies system files, so certain anti-virus programs will mark it as a false positive virus detection, in other words because it shuts down parts of Windows to modify them, it shows as a virus. Do not worry, all the pack does is modify the existing files, to match Windows 7, in its current state. The virus it marks as can be listed as: Trojan, or Pskill, which kills the processes it needs to modify.
Remember to read threads about your current issues before making a new topic, this allows questions and problems to be resolved as quickly as possible and also highlights the issues so in future releases they can be fixed.
