Cathe Friedrich's STS Ab Circuits DVDRip
This is actually disc #41 in the series. There is no warm up routine included on this DVD; Cathe seems to just expect you to do your own warm-up. I've ripped each part separately so you can pick and choose which pieces you want. Specs are the same for each, so you can join them together in any order using VirtualDub/Avidemux etc, or you can just do one after the other if you prefer. Each segment is about 20 minutes long.
If I'd just left it as a complete 2 hour-long workout it would be a killer!!
